LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF

 

As a Health and Fitness Coach, I have spent the last ten years developing and refining my craft. I draw from an array of disciplines to enhance performance and promote health, whilst coaching lifestyle fundamentals. 

As a dynamic all-rounder, I trained as a state footballer and national track sprinter, in addition to forming a strong grounding in martial arts. These formative years of elite training nurtured my true passion for health and fitness. I have always placed an emphasis on the connection between mind and body to achieve optimum performance. Through a holistic approach, I have been privileged to witness incredible change in people's  lives, 

I am Sydney University educated, with membership of Sports Medicine Australia, Fitness Australia and recognized by The International Sport Science Association.   I place a great importance on both the theoretical and applied aspects of health, and conduct my practice with the utmost integrity.
